Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Plan is not the simplest procedure in this world. You will either need to use some other server or your PC, or assign a 3rd–party software. We offer a considerably easier option with our Managed Services package. We’ll make a full backup copy of your VPS once a week, so you never have to be afraid of permanently losing any valuable info. And we can always recover a backup really fast. All our backups are stored on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you wish your VPS server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & configure particular software programs on it. And if this seems like something much too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, part of our Managed Services offer, is definitely the right thing for your needs. Using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our knowledgeable system administrators who will install and configure any software or rectify any problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With our KVM VPS Plans, it’s an additional feature.
